Works great on my shed door! I ordered this for my shed office and it did the trick. Now I can lock it from the inside!

I am very satisfied w this device. It really does work. Just make sure you are using it correctly. I think this type is tons better than the lower price flimsy ones.

Works as intended. Wont allow anyone to get into my apartment (Ive been having some random people try to open my door lately. Not sure they just accidentally went to the wrong door or if they were seeing if my apartment was unlocked). One star off only because its a little loose and shakes around, even when in place on the door, and also because it scratches up the paint around the door when putting it on. Very minor (and may rub off) but worth noting.

Having this device makes me feel more secure as a solo female traveler and living alone in an apartment complex where keys to my unit are accessible to others but still cannot open the door with this device installed.
