after kidney failure had very limited diet. no appetite, nothing tasted good. THEN I HAD TACOS WITH JUST LETTUCE AND CUCUMBERS WITH SALSA VERDE AND IT BROUGHT ME BACK TO A HEALTHY KIDNEY, NOW AT FULL FUNCTION!!! While I do not believe these taco shells cured me, they DID HELP ME AT LEAST EAT SOMETHING! I still order 3 boxes at a time and will enjoy them the rest of my life 😍
I discovered that if you put them in a pan with a little water in the bottom, (but not actually in the water) separated by a lift out of the water separation device, with the cooked taco meat inside them, and a lid, over a little stove top heat, they soften just a little bit and the warm taste is fantastic!
I love these tacos shells they are very good and they are never ever broken and that's what I like to about them cause some taco shells come broken but these do not
I need to remember to buy the flat-bottom taco shells. These shells were delicious, but the openings were so thin that it was challenging to place the filling. If you forced just a little you cracked the shell.
The only reason I've taken stars off is due to the fact that these regularly seem to end up broken in the box, or not sealed right. They hold up well to moisture though when you're loading up your taco meat, and all my hot sauces. But when you open a box and the first three or four are broken, or something happened with the sealing and they're stale, it's very annoying. This is why I end up keeping a few boxes on hand, so if the one I open is bad, I have a standby. But that shouldn't be necessary.
Love these shells but 9out of 10 times when I open the box there’s between 2-4 shells broken . I know some other brands have a plastic container the shells are packaged in %26 it seems like when I buy those they shells are rarely broken at all but in the rare cases they do brake it’s only 1 .
These taste great, crispy same flavor as always, I normally buy the ones that stand on their own but decided to get these. I will never buy these again because when they are heated just as instructed they close up and it's hard to fill them without breaking them. Took too long to fill all the tacos trying to be careful and not break them , but I broke a couple anyway. The stand alone shells are so much easier
I didn’t ask you to substitute this crap for the taco shells Letier shells that I ordered and paid for. I sent my daughter to pick up and this is the crap you gave her. I will probably never buy anything from your store again I didn’t ask you to substitute.
Product was stale when delivered. Didn't have much choice but to try and use them anyway. The first bite in... my partial denture plate was broken by this product. Very expensive to replace my denture so I lose all the way around.
We love old Paso shells. But, the LAST FOUR boxes we have gotten from Walmart have expiration dates of November 2025. They are STALE and not good. Shame on us for continuing to try the boxes thinking that they would be good. Walmart should take them off of the shelves and stock with more recently made boxes.
