these beautiful little capsules have not only help lessen severe menstrual ouchies, they have cut down on hot flashes, cold sweats AND I know that my husband is grateful for the fact that it actually does help your mood. Buy these and buy them right now! My 44 year old self can't thank Olly enough. Now I'm off to not be cranky.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These capsules won't fix everything, but they've definitely helped me feel less irritable and more like myself. No weird side effects, and they're easy to take. Not magic, but a solid sanity-saver.

Libido and mood booster
This has really helped my moods and also increased my libido. I tried it and figured if it didn't work oh well but it's helped me so much! I'm subscribing because anything that helps is worth it.

I noticed a difference after 3 days. I can sleep through the night. I don't crave sweets and it stopped the bloating and water weight gain. Highly recommend!

Worth it for the changes I've seen
The biggest change I've noticed is sleep - for the first time in years, I'm not having to take a sleep aid. I'm sleeping at least 6 hours before waking at all, which is life changing. I'm also seeing a better mood and less anxiety. Definitely work the subscription!

Worked at first
I actually felt a difference with the first botte, hot flashes had subsided, but halfway through the 2nd bottle the hot flashes were back in full force. I don't know if was just a body acclimation, or it was a product issue, or an initial placebo effect, but I have since given up because it is a bit pricey for something that is no longer working. I do recommend trying it though, because anything that could work is worth it.

Caused hot flashes
I don't have not flashes but hoped these would help with other perimenopause/hormone issues. Instead they CAUSED hot flashes.
