These are a great natural option to help with constipation and they taste pretty good. They work most of the time for me so I don't have to take a drug.

i absolutely swear by these...they are really good for me and my girlfriend at least..was taking prescription medication and now just take 2 gummies in the morning..Definitely worth the try because they work amazing for us..

These work great for occasional constipation. No discomfort after taking them. I can take them before bed and by morning its helped.

These wirked pretty well for me and they taste good. They're too expensive though and the packaging it just too huge for what it contains. But overall happy with the product itself.

They were tasty but unfortunately they didn't work for me but I would recommend them for someone else I just don't think they were strong enough for my body.

Find something else. They will not help you poo
I didn't find these to work at all! I took 2 gummies everyday as directed and nothing happened in over a week. And had to resort to laxatives. I continued to take them anyways to finish out the bottle in hopes of maybe giving it more time. They do not work. And they do not taste good either. Definitely not worth the price.
