I really noticed an improvement in my overall mood/health. The size of the capsules make them easy to swallow. Overall I really like these vitamins.

was suppised to be Happy Hoo-Ha, Lovin Libido, and Womens Multi-Vitamin. did not receive Womens Multi- Vitamin, instead received Prenatal. i am not pregnant and do not need pre-natal vitamins.
