Best brain supplement and less expensive if you fill your own capsule

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started adding lion's mane powder to my breakfast smoothie every morning. I add close to a tablespoon. I am surprised by how much clearer my thinking and memory are when I have this in my diet. I don't want to stop using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this mushroom combination daily in my iced coffee with a scoop of collagen and a nip of maple syrup. I'm doing my part to preserve my brain health and overall health. And I'm in love with the flavor.

I suggest adding this to powdered bone broth from Bare Bones (and add a touch of lemon juice). I sip the hot drink of the bone broth and this mushroom powder. (It isn't recommended to add mushroom powder to coffee, as you may not get the benefits you want from the mushroom powder. )

I add a scoop to my coffee every morning and it fuels me all day. My productivity is definitely increased because I can think more clearly and am way more alert. I sometimes put a scoop in my tea in the afternoon for an extra boost. I also notice the difference on those days I miss it.

I put 1 tsp of Lion's Mane in my coffee daily. I'm not going to tell you that I magically feel amazing, but I do believe the peer-reviewed science about brain and nerve protection, which is enough for me. I like Om because it has both the mycelium and the fruiting body. Where the Om “Master Blend” tastes extra mushroom-y, Lion's Mane as a standalone powder is not, so it's not overpowering.

This is an easy powder to adding Spirutein drink mix to get some addition brain support. The taste is not noticeable and adds a 2000mg full spectrum mushroom to my day. I feel this is the best bang for the buck and the price is good compared to stores in the area. Glad they carry the product

No complaints. Like most of these health products very little noticeable difference is evident after using it for this short period of time. I've use about half of the container. On the other hand, nothing adverse. I will continue to use it at least to the end of the package them evaluate.

I ordered 2 and one of the bags was ripped. They only put a sticker of “thanks for supporting…” . I find this very disrespectful in how they sell the product this way .

The only way to rid of the taste of this stuff is by putting it in burnt black coffee. I could never get past the taste so I'm unsure if it actually helps anything.
