onn. 4K HD Motorized Outdoor TV Antenna with 150-Mile Range and Pole Mounting Kit

The HD TV Outdoor antenna works fantastically !!!! It was easy to put together. We tested it first, to see if we could get a signal from inside the house, and we couldn't, but as soon as we put it out in the yard, and as you can see by the picture, it was only about 4 feet off the ground, we got a beautiful signal for 7 channels. We live so far from everywhere, that I am surprised we got any stations at all. When we attached the antenna to the peak of the garage side, we have gotten 21 channels. We may get more the longer we test it, but we do live in a very remote area. The picture we get is beautiful and clear. I would say it definitely is high definition. The antenna is easy to turn via the button on the box the cable plugs into. The best way to test the different directions, is to have someone outside to tell you when to stop pressing the button, to test a new direction. I am very thrilled and happy with how well this antenna works.

Pro's: Great antenna fairly easy to put together Pick's up a great deal of channels one we couln't get with regular indoor antenna's Decent price Con's: Does feel cheap The Upper and lower flaps are a pain to lock in The Coax Cable that comes with it is trash broke the second day With the new cable it works like a dream just be warned the cable that comes in the box DEFINATLEY replace . I got more channels with the new cable.

We got this antenna to help cut the cord and cost of using cable and wanted to get our local channels. Haven't had a chance to put it on the roof yet But we did connect it to the tv and held it up outside we were able to get most of our local channels when we did this and we live at least 40 miles from the closest station. I only gave it a 3 star because when we went to put the pole together the black plastic parts that twist together one broke. So I think that needs to be addressed. We are keeping it but gonna have to figure out how to connect it. It's does seem cheaply made on that end. My son bought this before we did and that's is why we bought it he liked it and recommended it to us. He installed it in his old dish base and he usually has really good luck with it. I received my by with the ONN 4K, Motorized outdoor TV antenna in it yesterday. The box contained 45 parts including screws and they are the main unit, main pole column, motor-fixed bolster, u-frequency post, 5u-frequency vibrators, power supply, screws, remote controller, 75 ft. coaxial cable, power adapter, coaxial cable gasket, pole, pole kit, pole stand and user manual. There are 26 screws in different sizes. The assembling of this antenna was very easy. I laid all the part out. Making sure, I followed the instructions. It is very important to have the correct screws with the correct parts. Some of the screws are black and some are silver, some of the silver ones are in different length. After putting it all together, I added the cable, plugged the power cord, and tested to see if it would rotate and it worked. However, I thought I was installing everything correctly but when I ran a channel scan, my antenna would not pick up any channels. The message I got was, “No signal from antenna. Check connections.” I rechecked and got the same message. I read troubleshooting in the manual to see what my problem could be. I know my antenna will work when I get another cable cord for my digital converter. Therefore, I ordered one. It has been raining so my antenna is not on my roof yet.

Received with broken/missing part. Had to reinforce several areas with silicone glue. No paper work phone nos., or instructions to manufacturer for help, questions, or returning. Believe mechanical quality has been sacrificed for packaging ease by manufacturer. Does a great job receiving tv signals, however, not from 150 mile range. Really surprised Walmart would be associated with such a product.

Assembly should have been easy by design but one reflector would not open fully. Antenna worked perfectly with excellent reception for one day and then started to continuely rotate so that reception was terrible. No way to stop rotation. Don't buy if it has rotation.

Bought this for my mom for a Christmas present, she had it hooked up in her living room pointing out the window and was getting good service. I went up to install it on her house had the antenna mounted cable ran and hooked the cable up to the rotor box and the screw for the coax broke off of the box. As a result I had to turn the antenna by hand to get it to where she gets signal but she cant turn it now because of the box being broken. Not sure how to get a replacement for the rotor box.

This is a sorry pile of crap. The motor to rotate dose not work. It is 20’ in the air and barley picks up a channel. It is flemsy and built cheap. The motor is very loose so when you point the antenna it has about 4” of play to move so what signal you do get constantly comes and goes. I recomend this item only if you want to waste $50.

I was rather disappointed with this antenna for receiving over-the-air channels instead of having to subscribe to cable or satellite TV. The unit itself was easy to put together - except for mounting it on the pole, which I was not able to do as the pole end was too large for the mounting bracket that was on the unit, and there were really no instructions on how to use the pole, including how to extend it. I had to play around with it for about 45 minutes, and I still could not get it to go into the hole to mount this antenna. Also, apparently this unit needs to be outside. Right now it is in the teens (November in Northeastern NY) and since I could not mount it on the pole to anchor it in the ground outside, never mind that I would have had to string the cord connecting the antenna to the box out an open window, and I am by myself so had no one to hold it up outdoors while I tried to get it to work inside, I could not really test the unit. The instructions were basically how to put the unit together, but did not give any instructions as far as what other steps had to be taken to make the unit work. I connected everything properly, and while using the motorized box to make sure that the antenna itself was able to swivel, I could not pick up any channels whatsoever on my TV. I did disconnect the satellite TV box that we currently have to test out the antenna but I got nothing on any channel but snow. We are only 30-40 miles from the nearest TV station, and if this has a range of 150 miles, I should have been able to easily get an over-the-air signal. If I can get someone else to help me get it set up outside who can figure out how to mount it on the pole, I may revise this review, but for now I would say don't waste your time. Perhaps I would need an analog-to-digital converter box for this antenna to work but it says nothing at all about that being needed to use the antenna. Instructions not helpful at all.

Upon putting the whole antenna together, I found out the motor didn't work nor did the signal. I had to take it all apart and bring it back to a Walmart near me. Before you buy an antenna make sure you have an open sky or they will not work. However that was not my problem none of the electronics work
