We had a large mirror that we needed to hang and it weighs about 30 pounds. We wanted to make sure that we had something that was sufficient enough to hold the weight and be secure. Where we were hanging the mirror there was no stud this hook worked out perfectly. This does not get installed in a wall stud this is for dry wall only. Very easy to use instructions are on the package itself on the package itself and anybody could use this and hang it up I would recommend this product..

This OOK Heavy Hold Drywall Hanger is just what we've been looking for! We live in a house that's nearly 100 years old and we have very few wall studs. There have been so many times I'd try to hang something on this old drywall and nothing we tried would hold up. Easy to install and worked like a charm. I was able to hang my huge picture in the center of my loveseat. Before it was off to the side because that was the only stud we could nail to. It's holding up great. This hanger will hold up to 200 pounds, so I'm not worried at all about my 15 pound picture falling anymore. I highly recommend this hanger!

I am always on the lookout for some thing to use to hang some very heavy mirrors that I have. This feels like it could support a lot of weight. It will make a fairly large hole in the wall but if you are hanging something heavy and it's big enough to cover the hole that's what's important.

this is a very sturdy hook that you have to drill a hole through the drywall first then stick the back pole through the wall and then it is angled so the hook part sits flush on the wall. You would have to have enough force to pull out the whole wall to take this down. So it is very strong. would buy it again.

This is the coolest hook I've ever seen! I love that I can hang on drywall and it holds up to 200 lbs. There are also nails to secure it flat after installing into the drywall. It's useable in 1/2 inch or 5/8 inch drywall. Genius! I will definitely purchase several of these!!

It's made of steel and has a triangular design and the metal is thick. It looks to me as if It could hold more than 200 lbs. the only thing that might make it fail is if the entire sheet rock came off the wall. The hole to insert is, of course, bigger than some but how else would you hold something heavy up? you can't use a finishing nail. I would trust hanging the tv on it without question. I have a glass framed large painting I want to use it on as I don't want there to be any chance that this art piece will fall. I am surprised at how strong this design looks I would recommend this to anyone who has something that it is important it doesn't fall from the wall.
