Glutamine
Years ago when I was living in Turkey, I always liked this brand. Even though Optimum was way more expensive than other supplements, I still tried to buy it because it was my favorite. But unfortunately, not all of their products were available in Turkey. Now that I live in the U.S., I'm always an Optimum customer. After using it for so many years, I know they make the best and most effective sports supplements. — From a long-time loyal customer.

GOOD SUPPLEMENT
Glutamine aids in active sports mainly by promoting muscle recovery, boosting the immune system, and enhancing gut health, especially during intense workouts that reduce natural levels. It helps decrease muscle soreness and fatigue, enabling faster recovery between workouts.

Easy to mix up
Easy to mix up with your favorite drinks, I take it mixed with my whey protein. I take it everyday to help build lean mass.
