Great energy and amazing flavor!
I've tried several pre-workouts, but this Gold Standard from Optimum Nutrition is definitely one of my favorites. The Watermelon Candy flavor is delicious and mixes very easily without any clumps. It provides a solid energy boost and focus for my workouts without the "jittery" feeling or a heavy crash afterward. The 175mg of caffeine is the perfect sweet spot for me. High quality as expected from this brand. Highly recommended!

Got this for a friend who has been lifting without a supplements for a while now. He loves it! Couldn't be happier. Got it in the set with three products.

Great pre-workout
I've used this pre-workout a few times and it's the best one I've tried. The taste is decent and I like using between half and 1 full scoop. Don't take it late in the day!

Nice!
Works! Does give my face the tingles (not really what I want in a pre-workout), does give me energy to do a great workout (I typically only workout in the AM). The Watermelon Candy flavor is too much, wayyyyyyy too sweet, wish it was more of a slight flavor than overpowering, BUT with all that being said, I will still be using it until its gone! I will probably switch to a different flavor though.

The advanced gold standard is better. I tried this and it made me super tired during the day after using it with my workout in the morning.

It seems that they can't send the correct flavor, second time already in different occasion. I would rather go to the store and pay more if it means I'll get flavor I want.
