ORBIT 62061Z | 1-Outlet Programmable Hose Faucet Timer

I'm replacing older Raindrip timers with these single hose timers from Orbit. Although the old timers have been reliable, these are much easier to set up and use with the information right on the screen. The battery life seems to be the same. We'll have to see how well they stand up to exposure to the elements.

I have gotten one or two of these a year for many years. They don't seem to last long, but they are the easiest to use of all I have tried. I use a half dozen at various spots on my property.

I have used these for years, and have bought cheaper types from other manufacturers. Orbit out performs all others in reliability and ease of use. It is the only hose timer device I will recommend.

Eas of use.

I've purchased about every brand of hose timer, but these are the ones I come back to. The dial programmer is easy to see and use--I don't have to get out the manual every year to reprogram it--easy peasy. I have some Orbit timers that are several years old and keep working reliably. As an elder, I really appreciate the easy to read dial functions and display screen (nice big writing!) The batteries last a long time and they are super reliable.
