Oregon 16 in. Chainsaw Bar & S56 Chain Combo; New; 1.73 lbs.

I replaced the bar and chain and this new one did a great job and the chain did not dull quickly like my previous one. Here is what really sold me on this bar. I was trying to cut a 50 foot ash tree that had a strong lean away from where I wanted to drop it. When making the final back cut, the bar got pinched (my fault). It started to storm and lightning before I could free the chain saw. I covered the saw for the night. I went out the next morning and had to use chains and binders to free the saw. I fully expected the bar to have been bent. It was still in like new condition. Oregon is using good steel in their products.

Seems to work good - Got me back to work after I bent the bar on my small Ryobi saw.

I've always had good luck with Oregon chains and their durability. The price for the bar and chain was reasonable.

I had just bought a Kobalt 80v cordless chainsaw that came with an 18" bar. I don't normally need to use a bar that long so I bought the 16" Oregon bar and chain from Walmart. I figured it would cut down on the overall weight of a fairly heavy saw and also 16" chains are cheaper to buy than 18". You can always count on Oregon bars and chains to be top notch and Walmart had this item on sale for the best price I could find on the internet.

I bought 3 of these, because I needed to replace the old one that was already wasted. I'm getting ready for winter, and I received them within a week, which I appreciated. Fit my Echo chainsaw perfect. I told everyone about the great deal I got at Walmart.com and now I'm telling you. Take it from someone who cuts a lot of hard wood, this is the best deal ever.

Would've been great product if the blade didn't stay sharp long enough

get two cuts out of it and it dies out then it's good for garbage
