I liked that this 2 lbs bag was stuffed to the brim. With no wasted air apace . my favorite thing to do is add this powder (use almond milk as 1/2 base) to my green veggie smoothies for an extra chocolate flavor that really kickes it ip a notch.

The packaging, is bright and resilient The shipping , was fast The product quality ,is as described, cacao with no sweeteners . This is excellent for baking. Cacao has fantastic benifits for your health. I am glad that this company makes this possible. I APPRICIATE your good deeds!!! As you bless others , may you be blessed as well. Remember to be on a gluten free vegan diet with health and vitamin supplementations .

I expected to be teacher in flavor and consistency

This is a decent-to-good product, but I decided to not repurchase due to the price increase. I paid $13.45 on May 29. 70 days later, the same 1 pound package from the same seller is $18.51. That is an increase of over 37%. No thank you.

The cacao is gritty, does not disolve well in cold liquids such as when using in overnight oats or making your own sugar free, plant based chocolate milk. The powder also separates from the liquid, whether you sift it or not. Also...see review about Peruvian-sourced cacao and the high levels of metals, cadmium and carcinogens. I researched it myself...after I'd already purchased it. I've sinced tossed out the remainder and will not be purchasing this brand again.
