At the time of typing this, I haven't even used it, yet, as I currently have some that I bought before and am still using. I did, however, open it and zip it back up and took a quick smell before zipping it up. From the smell alone, I can already tell that it is an excellent quality, compared to other garlic powders I've tried! Either way, once I start using it, I know I won't regret purchasing it! I love to use garlic powder in practically everything I cook, whether it be on potatoes, eggs, lentils, green vegetables etc. So, when I first came across the FTL company in Spring 2021 and saw very large quantities of organic garlic powder for such low prices in bulk, I immediately paused, prayed to the Almighty Yah for wisdom and direction, and then proceeded to stop purchasing the expensive, tiny grocery store organic bottles of garlic powder and instead I decided to start investing in some of the Food to live company products. Having said all that, the organic garlic powder is of such good quality, fresh and wonderful taste I imagine I'll be purchasing more quantities in the near future, the Almighty willing. I am very happy to have an organic garlic powder as a replacement for the product I used previously. Although this one is a little finer than I would prefer, the flavor is great and the price is much better.

Big bag. Dissolves nicely although the garlic flavor and smell just are not there much it seems kinda old. This product really needs a jar or a Mylar bag. If you don't like your garlic too strong you will love this. If you're Italian you will need more so it's a good thing it's a pound.

The Garlic powder does not small like garlic. One of the two bags had a punctured-leak prior to put into the outer box causing the powder spreaded all over inside the outer box.

Disappointed to buy an organic spice and find a proposition 65 warning on it. In addition, it did not smell like garlic. I do not want to feed this product to my family. Don't waste your money!
