Both require sprouting the wheat and I’ve had superb results with this as well as with the end products. I love to add these wheat berries to my batch oatmeal as the crunch the berries provide is very satisfying. I love that they help with my blood sugar levels and they hold my appetite away longer.

I use these for making rejuvelac, and then raw bread with the leftover berries. Excellent taste. The rejuvelac is slightly sweet and lemoney.

Wheat Berries seem fresh. Only observation that was not up to what I consider Food to Live standards was the Berries had wheat stems & pieces mixed in with Berries. Not as clean as I would expect or have received from other suppliers I have shopped with in the past.

The pre- and post-cooked quality of these wheat berries is the same as when I could get them locally in Whole Foods' bulk grains aisle...until they quit carrying this popular grain during the lockdowns. Thanks, FtL.

These were good, still some chaff attached, and were smaller than expected, but when soaked became larger. Not as chew as typical.
