delicious turns out pistachios are great for your eyes so we've stopped taking expensive eye vitamins, and eat pistachios instead!! they contain leiutine and zinc, and are very bio available. Found out after I noticed I didn't need to use my reading glasses as much after eating a lot of pistachios for a while. Just have to be careful because they're shelled, so you can keep eating them forever. they're high in potassium so that's something to think about . A handful or a third of a cup a day is good. Many handfuls not so good, still great for your eyes, but ticked up my potassium levels into abnormal for one cycle of lab tests

Great taste. The pistachios are large and fresh. I like the larger bag since eat a lot of nuts. Fast delivery is a plus when you are running low.
