There are so many ways to use this which is labeled as turmeric/haldi root powder. The ground haldi root is best used in the winter and it appears that this is the ground haldi root which is perfect for adding to a variety of meals including soups, stews, oatmeal, sautees and so much more. I love that it is 100% organic so there's no need to be concerned about ingesting harmful chemicals.

Because of its wonderful beneficial value to the body, I use turmeric all the time when I'm cooking. I add it to every and anything that I can get away with just to get it inside my body. With some dishes, I up the amount for the smooth flavoring quality that it has. With that said, you can only imagine all of the turmeric that I go through.So far, this turmeric looks good, tastes good, and seems to be providing me with all of its healthy benefits. I still get orange all over the place, but that just comes with the territory of a good turmeric.

Had to throw the bagged turmeric away. It was too hard to cut, break, or blend in blender. Harder than a brick. Waste of many dollars.

The seller ripped off the expiration date, so I returned the product. I was really looking forward to trying it.
