Orijen Six Fish Biologically Appropriate Fresh Fish & Sea Vegetables Dry Cat Food, 4 lb

The cats really do love this kibble. This brand overall, but specifically this flavor is a favorite. I recently gave up my Chewy subscription as this brand was becoming more difficult to fulfill.. I buy via Walmart when the price is reasonable.

My cat is FIV positive. He's not supposed to eat raw food. I'm feeding him Orijen which has the first 6 ingredients listed as “raw”. After looking it up online and AI it says safe for cats that can't eat raw food. It basically is cooked with just a spray of raw ingredients. Just checking to make sure it's safe for him to eat. It's the only food I've found that he likes, and will eat. Please advise. Thanks. Pam Hipsley

It is extremely difficult to find carbohydrate analysis for cat foods and after deep diving into many hours of research I was able to identify Orijen Six Fish variety as one of the lowest carb options with high quality protein. I have two diabetic cats and 2 healthy cats, so dry food grazing is essential because they're all too tricky to feed individually - fomo and pickiness abound. For the past 3 years all my cats have been on this dry food and another brand wet food at approximately 50% each for their diets. With very low insulin regimens my diabetic cats have had their blood sugar extremely well managed and my vet has even commented that the dry food I'm using seems to be keeping them all extremely well balanced. I won't be changing anytime soon and I hope Orijen continues to provide the comprehensive nutrition analysis that allows pet owners to identify options for all their cats' needs!

We were pleasantly surprised at the high quality of this kibble. Our cats moreso than us, though. Our one, usually very picky kitty, devours it, our other cat does as well. Noticeable difference in both their coats in just a couple weeks on this food. Noticeable weight gain too... in this case that was much wanted/needed. Great stuff... highly recommended!

I loved this for my cats, almost as much as they loved it, which is a lot. They ate this a lot faster then their normal food. I love the resealable bag! You can literally smell what the food is made of and it doesn't have that typical cat food smell! The ingredients list is amazing!

I love my cat and always buy good stuff for her especially food. Cat is a carnivore creature, and they should eat food that is grain free. This dry cat food from Orijen is made of six types of fish which is high in protein and omage 3 fatty acid. The size of the kernels are just right, not too big. The transition from her old one to this was pretty smooth. She hasn't had any problems. I'm glad she loves it and I know it is better for her health. Will continue to buy it

This brand of cat food is such a high quality brand with extremely great nutrition. There are six types of seafood that are all wild caught. The food also incorporates different fruits, vegetables and legumes. I really like that the ingredients are things I know and can pronounce. My cats really like this cat food, even the cat that's typically finicky about what she eats. They ate this cat food and I feel like they really liked it just by the fact that they ate all of it. I really enjoy giving my cats a high quality cat food such as this

My cats absolutely love this ORIJEN Six Fish recipe. Their coats look great, and they get so excited at mealtime. The only slight downside is that it has a stronger fish smell, but that's expected with a fish-based food and doesn't bother them one bit. Totally worth it for how much they enjoy it.

If I recall correctly there are ten fish ingredients listed first, before it starts to list the other ingredients. I am slowly integrating it into my cat's food that most often will only eat dry food. I've been using it for about 10 days, her coat already looks better and she seems to like it. Hurray! Cats are carnivores and should be fed a grain free diet. Having named fish products instead of generic fish means your cat is getting a great source of omegas. You can't really go wrong with it. The fish odor is very strong which could be a turn off for some.
