Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength Joint Health Supplements with Glucosamine Chondroitin Tablets, 80 Ct

I see a difference in 7 days and I like what I feel. I am happily impressed, to my surprise I find myself lifting my feet when I walk and being able to stand with my knees completely extended. Don't hear as much noise when I get up coming from my knees. I can't wait to see the effects after a month or so. I would say I have gone from the scale of an 8 to 9 to a 3 or 4, looking forward to see if I can get to a solid 2. It also has helped with the joints in my fingers, I am able to walk further without feeling a lot of pain in my knees, it makes my morning walks with my dog my pleasurable and we can go further. These ole knees are more thankful and happy then they have been in a long time. I like having more flexibility just in a week. I can walk up my outside stairs without holding onto the hand rails, now that makes me feel younger. Give them a try I know I will be purchasing more I'm attaching a photo of the size of the capsule, I find them easy to take even as the size is a bit large the dosage is two per day.

I've used many supplements for my severe arthritis joint problems, and I actually had noticeable relief with this product. I deal with stiffness, pain and swelling with joints. I noticed better flexibility and less time each morning trying to "ease the pain and stiffness." The caplets are easy to take and don't cause upset stomach.

I got a bottle of triple strength with glucosamine chondroitin as a supplement for the cold winter temps. Working from home, and sitting a lot more, I recommend this product to help with stiff joints due to the colder weather and to aid with feeling achy and stiff like areas in the neck, shoulders, knees and lower back. I recommend this supplement for helping in these problem areas.

After sustaining multiple knee injuries in a car accident I have severe chondromalacia (cartilage degeneration). I've had Orthovisc and Synvisc injections in hope of lessening my knee pain. I've found that I have less pain if I keep active and take Glucosamine Chondroitin. I like this brand as it does not adversely affect my stomach and seems to help me stay active by lessening the pain. Though this isn't a miracle pill I do believe it is helping me. I would recommend this brand.

I suffer from arthralgia as a side effect from a medication I take, it can be debilitating, annoying, inconvenient and depressing, but it's a fair trade off for the condition I am being treated for. NSAIDs work, but I try to limit their use. After careful research, I decided to give Osteo Bi-Flex a try. I was highly skeptical that it would be very effective, but I have been greatly surprised. I usually wake up with multiple stiff and sore joints, especially my shoulders, back, elbows and fingers. The location changes from day to day, but the symptom is pretty consistent. I also will have several joints continue to hurt throughout the day. Exercise and stretching helps. After about a week of taking this supplement, I was shocked to realize that I woke up with minimal pain. Most mornings I have fewer and less sore joints. My pain during the day is also greatly reduced. I'm hopeful that this will continue. The only downside is the gigantic size of these pills. They are among the largest tablets I have ever taken.

I'm 52 yrs old and for the past 5 years have experienced hip and shoulder pain that occurs from even something as simple as laying on my side to sleep. I decided to try the supplement and after 1 week noticed considerable improvement! I haven't experienced any negative side effects so far. The only issue for me is the size of the tablet. It's size make it difficult to swallow so I have to cut it in half to take them.

Osteo Bi-flex is a venerable name in the glucosamine and chondroitin field and this is my first time using the product. Nice packaging, sun-shaded bottle. The dose is two per day, and the tablet is enormous! I had difficulty swallowing one tablet, so take that into consideration. It is a cumulative effect product, so I cannot address the benefit directly. However, in the product description, I did not see any shellfish warning. It is written in very small lettering at the bottom of the product content list. For those who wish to use this product who have issues with shellfish, be aware that it is a shellfish product. It is not vegan, or kosher.

I tried this product according to the directions of 2 tablets a day and was suppose feel relief in my joints in 7 days. Unfortunately, I can't say this happened. First of all, the pills are quite large and tough to swallow. Secondly, at a cost of $30+ it is expensive since it is an over-the-counter medication. And thirdly,I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis in my joints and I take multiple medications for the pain, swelling and general discomfort due to these problems. I know many people feel that the ingredients in this product provide them with relief and was hopeful that i would too. So, in summary, I believe my health issues need more for relief than this product can provide.

I was going to try this because I have a bad shoulder. It will occasionally click out of place and becomes very uncomfortable. However, I am so glad that I read the label first because it contains shellfish! I'm allergic to shellfish and would not have guessed that this would have it in there. Thankfully, I read the label and it was clearly on there. I'm probably going to give it to my mom, but wanted to share what I found to be useful information.
