Give it a try. Use it for a month or two because it takes a little while for you to start feeling the benefits of it....

I got these Osteo Bi-Flex tablets for my 22-year-old son who has bad knees from playing football for 7 years. He would wake up in the morning with stiff/achy knees and then have to go to work as a welder for 10-hour shift-6 days out of the week. Since he was constantly on his feet his knees weren't getting much of a break. He took 2 of these tablets every day and after 7 days he started feeling some relief. The pills are huge and I would recommend taking them with food but he said they are definitely worth trying if you have issues with joint pain.

They are larger than ones I ordered before and were too hard to swallow.

Osteo Bi-flex is a venerable name in the glucosamine and chondroitin field and this is my first time using the product. Nice packaging, sun-shaded bottle. The dose is two per day, and the tablet is enormous! I had difficulty swallowing one tablet, so take that into consideration. It is a cumulative effect product, so I cannot address the benefit directly. However, in the product description, I did not see any shellfish warning. It is written in very small lettering at the bottom of the product content list. For those who wish to use this product who have issues with shellfish, be aware that it is a shellfish product. It is not vegan, or kosher.

I was going to try this because I have a bad shoulder. It will occasionally click out of place and becomes very uncomfortable. However, I am so glad that I read the label first because it contains shellfish! I'm allergic to shellfish and would not have guessed that this would have it in there. Thankfully, I read the label and it was clearly on there. I'm probably going to give it to my mom, but wanted to share what I found to be useful information.

No good and don't work at all you just going to lose your money

I have taken this supplement for over 2 weeks now. I feel no different; my pain level is the same. I have arthritis in my wrists that prevent me from doing simple things like opening jars or stirring my cookie batters. I was looking forward to getting some relief. They say relief in 7 days but that has not been the case with me. I will keep taking it for another 2 weeks and if there is a change, I will add to this review. However, for now, this does not work for me.
