Very durable, does not melt from the heat. Very easy to clean and worth every penny. It is very versatile and ergonomic, has a small lip around the side, so all the juices do not spill over.

It's one solid piece so it's easy to clean in the dish washer with no nooks and crannies to get gunk trapped in, it looks great with my all black smoker and it won't stain, and it's big enough for oversized grill tools. I finally don't have to worry about getting sticky sauce all over my bbq. It makes a wonderful gift for Father's Day or for the grill enthusiast. Because it's made of silicone and it's got some weight, it doesn't blow away like paper towels or break like glass. A wonderful product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This silicone matt is perfect for bbq days! We used to use a paper towel to put the spatula or tongs on but one gust of wind and it was gone. This mat is easy to clean, stays in place and can easily hold 2 different utensils.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been trying to find something practical, comfortable and functional for a long time but I really had no idea that something so simple and small would be the right one… I am very satisfied with its functionality. This kitchen utensil holder is amazing. I love that it's silicone and heat resistant, to a degree. I have a nice spot next to my grill, but it's inconvenient and hard to clean. I place this tool holder down and then it minimizes the clutter left on the tabletop area. This mat is easy to clean and the tool spots are great for my OXO grill tools. This is a great addition to our BBQ set. It makes barbecuing easy as you have a place to rest your cookware without having to worry about it falling off a plate, or a nice resting place where the heat won't ruin the surface. Very convenient and great product.

I bought the grilling tool rest for use with my grill. But surprise! I found it was useful inside as well. When I cook, I often use many utensils for preparing one meal. Spoon rests are disappointing because they just aren't able to handle many tools. When I used this as a spoon rest in the kitchen, it worked great. And I can still take it outside for use with the grill.
