Tent is great ! Ordered it to take grand kids easy to put up, even with one adult and an extra pair of hands and they can belong to someone 4 ft tall. Lots of room for 2 queens and lots of gear. The tent is easy to fold really fits back in the bag with all the stakes an extra!
I ordered the Ozark Trail Weatherbuster 9-Person Dome Tent w/2 air mattress , combo set. I am 80% blind and was able to set this tent up out of the box at the lake in 20 minutes. Stayed for three days and had a pleasant time in this set up. Perfect tent for a wonderful camping experience. More sq footage than most of my bedrooms at the house.
Just used this tent for the first time, absolutely love love love it. Easy to set up even without the instructions, including the rain fly. Held up great in some medium wind gusts. Only downfall is the size, great for comfort, hard to find spots large enough for it, but totally worth the effort. The best part is that it includes a bag large enough to get it back into :-)
Bought this tent as a bundle that came with two air mattresses. The setup was super easy and it took under 10 minutes to have it setup with two people. We didnt even need to look at the instructions it was that simple. I was pleasantly surprised with the size. Way bigger than i anticipated. We were really pleased with this purchase!
Took this tent camping last week. Spent 6 days camping. Setup took about 20 min with me and my preteen son. once set up it worked as expected and we were quite happy. did not have any rain so cant really speak to its water resistance, but we were able to watch the stars at night ,as the roof is almost all mesh. It is not the most expensive or the top of the line, but it is pretty good and is reasonably priced. Is quite expansive inside and provides lots of room to sleep or store things in Overall I am quite happy and would buy again.
First of all,Got the tent well before we expected too.We were leaving on Sunday for a camping trip and had only purchased the tent that Thurs late night online before that Sunday we were to leave. It was delivered by Fed X the that Saturday afternoon,Thank God! The tent we had would have never held up to what we were about to endure during this camping trip.We arrived at camp site about four pm Sunday with it raining very hard and no break in site and were forced to put tent up during the heavy rain.My 9 yr old son and I assembled the tent as wife read instructions from under an umbrella, assembly was very easy.Canopy top was a little difficult due to the wind but we had tent up in less than 30 min. I will say this,if where you are camping has hard ground invest in some more stakes as the ones that come with it bend way to easy!!!After completion of assembly we had to remove water from tent that got in during assembly due to canopy not being installed until last.It rained all night that Sunday night and 3/4 of the day on Monday, a total of about 7 inches fell during that time.My wife and I removed about 3 regular bath clothes full of water from the tent late that Monday evening was all!!! The tub bottom and the weather protected zippers work well to say the least, as our children had to go to the bathrooms numerous times during that time frame.Ozark did a "Great Job" on this one. Also we got three queen size air mattresses in tent with no problem and slept a total of 8 people. This tent went over and beyond our expectations and we would recommend it to anyone who enjoy's camping.
I didn't have any problems with the tent. I have used it twice no problem however we had great weather too. The fabric seems a little cheap so I'm worried wth too much strain it could tear, but overall I am very happy with it. Set up is fairly simple and any complications can easily be deterred with the easy to follow instructions. Overall a great buy
it's a big tent,no room dividers and the door is cheap along with the zippers. the rain fly is the top of of an open tent with screens. never saw a tent with no top only screen, lots of room if you have a lot of stuff or big family, over all for the money I paid it's not a bad tent it held up in 50 mile an hour winds.
We bought this tent to replace our large Coleman tent that we have had for over 8 years now. This tent is the perfect size for our family and very easy to put up. Very spacious! However, I found the zippers to be very tough to open/close. The door especially took a few minutes to jiggle in order to get it to zip without fear of ripping something. I have a feeling that this tent will not last as long as our old Coleman did, but hopefully we can get a couple of trips out of it before something rips. As for weather, we used it with clear skies and cold conditions. The top of the tent is all netting so there is nothing to hold in heat except for the rain fly. Bottom line: You get what you pay for
The tent was the perfect size for my family at a great price. I paid extra to have it by a certain day and it arrived a day late. Not a big deal. Then we assembled the tent and there were several holes and a huge rip in the mesh part of the tent. Returning the tent was easy and there were no problems. Then I went to reorder the tent and it is now $30 more than I paid for it. It's not my fault the item was defective. I think I should get it for what I paid for it the first time. This was the first time I have ordered from walmart.com and I'm not sure that I will again.
