Pace Medium Restaurant Style Salsa, 16 oz Jar

A long time vegetarian; I REFUSE to give up Tostadas!! My refried black beans never tasted so good! I fry corn tortillas in a little oil; top with beans, chopped onion, lettuce, cheddar; and ultimately Pace Salsa with a dollop of sour cream. Mexican taste bud nirvana!! Super good on Nachos, and used as any sauce for Enchiladas, or any recipe you have which calls for salsa. This is loaded with authentic flavors, not too hot, and for me, is the best salsa out there!!

This is by far my all time favorite salsa, it absolutely rivals any restaurant salsa I've ever had! The spice level isn't unbearable, and the texture is nice. Great for a snack with tortilla chips! Great size jar for what I paid for it too!

This is my go-to jarred salsa for taco night. It tastes like something you get at a Mexican restaurant. This salsa tastes fresh and has just the right amount of kick

I usually make salsa from scratch, but Pace's restaurant style salsa is a great substitution for my scratch-made when I don't have time. We love the medium spice version. It's great for a snack with chips and queso dips. We also used this salsa and other Pace products as ingredients in recipes. What I love most is the seal on Pace products, nice and tight and keeps the products fresh indefinitely.

I've tried all different types of salsas and I'm not a fan of very many the one I've had that I liked was the Chi-Chi's brand but I was making a Mexican lasagna from scratch and I needed a salsa wanted to try something new that didn't have big chunks in it and so I picked this one and it came out perfectly the way I wanted it consistency wise and had a very good flavor so much so that I think next time I get tortilla chips I will buy this salsa also just for dipping because I think this was actually a really good tasting one

Excellent flavor and texture. Many reviews complain about how spicy it is but it's very medium just like it says. Others complain re how watery it is and that's true but it eats just fine.

Really tasty and adds flavor to many different dishes. Use it in Mexican rice, tacos, enchiladas, five layer dip and many other dishes

A few years ago I used to buy this all the time and it was one of my favorites, now it just tastes like….well, watered down tomato paste like another reviewer said. I mean, it really tastes like nothing yet somehow bad at the same time. No flavor, no zest….how is anyone at all actually finding this “zesty”? There’s not any hint of spice or much flavor. Even my Husband wouldn’t touch it and that’s saying a lot. I recommend getting the original picante sauce as it actually has some sort of flavor to it.

Question, is it just me or has Facebook Connie water down at salsa tremendously it taste like salsa, Mexican spaghetti sauce it’s watery. I tried the mild and the hot and they were both watery…. I’m not gonna be buying this anymore. I’m not gonna pay $4.00 dollars for water the stuff is absolutely crap and I will never buy it again I’m really disappointed

We've been using Pace salsa for years and it's been reliably good. We bought two jars of Pace for homemade burritos. Both jars were very watery without much taste or heat. Tried some on chips and the chips overpowered the salsa. Very disappointed. Like to think this was a one off.
