This order was a actually correct i ordered a two pack of remotes andvthd5 is what I got. The oder that was for my Phillips TV i ordered a two pack and only received one.

I put the batteries in the new remote and it worked instantly. I didn't even have to program it to the tv. Don't have a mic phone button. But overall love it.

I've ordered these before. They were a good product. Don't expect them to last as long as you want and definitely don't drop them otherwise great deal.

We love having extra TV remotes for are Vizo Tv. Our grandson's love to misplace them. So, I highly recommend this product to you.

one remote quit working after sla couple of weeks of light use. i changed the batteries in case that was the problem but that didn't help. the remaining temote is just okay. the buttons don't respond the first time you click them.

I dropped both of the remotes by accident, barely by maybe a couple of feet off the bed and both remotes ended up not working anymore. The regular up down left and right and OK button stopped working correctly. These remotes are super cheap and would not recommend.

It was a good value. It was disappointing that it's hard to open remote to insert batteries, and the power button is where you have to use your finger nail to power on and off.

Purchased a 2 pack in November 2024. Today, 5/6/2025, neither remote will work. Changed batteries in remote I had been using. Still doesn't work, so I opened the second remote, placed brand new batteries and it doesn't work either.
