I buy this for my teenage daughter to help her with PMs symptoms. She asks for more when she runs out.

I have horrible, horrible cramps and pains on my period where I want to just scream in agony and cry and have been for years. I only would take two ibuprofen and a benadryl but even that didn't help my pains much. I would even LIMP it was so bad. But, after being fed up with the pain after all theses years and telling my parents that, "No I need something else for my cramps." You have TWO choices with Pamprin, caffeine or not. The caffeine is up to the individual. I like both with and without one for day one for night. I have taken Pamprin for many years and it is the ONLY thing that has EVER worked for my menstrual issues including my irritability and fatigue that comes along with my little monthly visitor.

For the past couple of years my periods have gotten worse. My cramps and back pain are hard to handle, I get bad headaches. I feel like I am down with the flu. I take Advil but that hasn't been working very well so a couple days ago I decided to try Pamprin Max. It calls for 2 pills but I only took 1. I am glad I only took 1. I started feeling really weird. I was very shaky, dizzy and lightheaded. I will admit that these pills did take my cramping, headache away for a couple of hours but I would rather feel the pain I feel with my periods then take these pills. I guess I will try something different.

I buy this product for my cramps, migraines and back aches, but to my surprise the box was sealed up but the pill bottle was opened and looked used! I'm disappointed and disgusted!

I've had bad cramps since fifteen and they've gotten worse over the years, to the point of me crying and throwing up because of the pain. I was already taking another pill, Acetaminophen, by Equate, 500 mg'-s. It took long to work, but at least it worked, so I'm going back. This stuff was garbage for me and it gave me the worst gas and stomach cramps. It also constipated me, then gave diarrhea. My other pills didn't do that to me. If anything, they relieved gas. NEVER -EVER - EVER - AGAIN.
