Easy to set up. Some of the commands can be a little complicated at first you just have to practice. they look nice they're not clunky they hold the battery charge well. Be sure to pay attention and he's rechargeable batteries. nice options on the phone call blocker is easy to use adding phone numbers. The handset is lit. nice to have the optional voicemail. Panasonic cordless phones are so easy to install! If you want voicemail punch *283 then press the voicemail button to turn it on. The sound quality is very good. Just follow each selection under settings %26 choose which one that you would like. It's so easy for senior citizens to set up.

I purchased this same phone system years ago . It wore out so I bought the same system so I was able to install it myself. I'm eighty plus so I wondered if. I was able to install it. I did.

The volume was much too low, even on the highest setting! I do not have a hearing problem, but I had difficulty hearing on these phones. I have an older set of Panasonic phones that are much louder so just ordered new batteries for those. I'm very disappointed in the quality of these phones because I have trusted Panasonic for years.

My dad depends on the phone for his connection to the world. He is 98. These phones have been working erratically and are therefore useless to him. They will cut out after 5-10 minutes

We had a Panasonic phone in the past that lasted for almost 20 years. We had purchased it from Walmart in store a long time ago. It was time for a new one and we wanted the same brand. Was able to find it online, which I'm not used to doing since I'm old school and shop on the shelves. When we got the product in it was better than the one, we had before. We recommended it to a neighbor who is much older than I am and she bought one too from the same Walmart cite after speaking with me. She also had no problem navigating the system to make her purchase.

Phone doesn't work properly. Does not show caller ID, have to turn off some functions otherwise phone would not ring, incoming calls only rings once then hangs up. I will be returning. Had another Panasonic phone for years and did not have any problems. Also, Panasonic does not allow you to talk to a support person. You must either email or use the chat box which gives you the same answers you read in the support section.

I have an older version of this Panasonic phone system which I have been using for many years and was very satisfied with. It got many years of use and worked very well. I felt it was time to upgrade to a new system with four handsets and I chose the system I was familiar with from the same company who's product served me well for many years.

Great land line phone. We need to try to move away from the smart phones they are destroying the soul and youth of society. We got along years and years without a cell phone. We really need to get rid of these things. They are destroying humanity.

This unit worked for about two months and then one of the remotes quit working. They wanted me to send the remote back to them through the mail. It just is not worth it. These units are only worth $15 if that I just will stay away from Panasonic products again they are way too cheap cheaply and cheaply made.
