Panasonic KX-TG3833M Expandable Cordless Phone System with Answering Machine

I owned panasonic phones for years, so when they finally needed to be replaced, no questions I was going back to purchase Panasonic phones again, and I'm glad I did! I am extremely impressed with how easy it was to set up, how easy it was to work all the new updated features and the "call block" from any phone is a God sent! Kudos Panasonic, 2 for 2 !

The color is just basic black but that's OK. The numbers are large enough for me to read even though I have cataracts now I'm really glad I got this unit. It's OK it's easier to operate. I think that's the best and I can hear really well on the speaker is real really well done

This was basically an updated version of my prior system which had served me well for over 15 years. No basic issues until the old system just wore out. I chose to go with known winner when replacing old system. Stays well charged and audio is clear. The answering machine is easy to navigate.

We needed a base and four remote phones. After discovering that buying an additional phone was two dollars less than we paid for the entire phone system. So, we purchased a second complete system. We then deregistered the two remote phones from that system and registered them on our original base unit. We now have a base unit and four remote phones. Just what we needed.

I liked ALL the features. HOWEVER, Often times while speaking there is an "EXTREMELY ANNOYING ECHO EITHER ON MY SIDE %26 SOMETIMES THE OTHER SIDE. I haven't had it for 30 days yet, I am considering taking it back. I just don't like the idea of the phone calls %26 hoops that I will have to go through. But the ECHOING IS EXTREMELY IRRITATING.

Honestly I haven't hooked it up yet. I have a Panasonic pretty much like it. It's not identical but it's a Panasonic and I am 100 percent stand up for Panasonic to be the top company of electronics. I have never went wrong by buying something with Panasonic rather to TV or phone or whatever. but I have not been able to deal with plugging it up yet all it is just plugging it into a wall on a phone cord It's a wonderful product by Panasonic. anytime I ever something I look for the Panasonic brand. I don't recommend Walmart though. Walmart don't meet to my expectations. Their orders are never on time They're always losing Something in one of my orders every time. and then they do not want to return or replace what they done wrong. That I do recommend Panasonic it's top notch believe me it's number one. Walmart delivery has not been in the good of 10% they are terrible they just do not get the items at the time it's supposed to They don't deliver all the items and when you tell them that they're missing an item. the customer service that you call the toll free number they request it to be corrected and then the top people that deal with it say 0 we can't refund that or we can't send that back we can't replace it. I've probably 30 that has been not fixed not taken care of and one completely ordered they completely lost Did I get my money back no Did they try did they care Walmart needs to improve a lot There's a lot of improvement need to happen. Walmart's animal food My cat to throw up from every time I buy it they get deathly sick All the cans are all dented they they're not caring they don't care about their customers and the machine in the beginning Oh my God that's terrible It takes you 40 minutes to get rid of the machine to talk to a human in one minute but they don't care

I am not pleased with the Box top was opened prior to delivery. The contents were inside with no contents divider. All parts were stacked on top of each other. I require a new Box shall be closed and inside the parts should be correct, and instructions included. I thank you for your prompt attention, for this problem. I cannot rate anything, the parts were removed from the Box, and not put back correctly.

The phones arrived right before I had emergency surgery,had to wait 3 weeks before using. Right off the flash button didn't work. Doesn't even show call waiting number. Now the cid button doesn't work. It says busy. Since Walmart has started shipping direct from other companies the value has gone down so much.

I have had 3 Panasonic cordless phone sets over the past 12 years. This new set, the phones did not hold the battery charge on standby for any more than 48 hrs. Previous sets held the standby charge for at least 7 days. I ordered a different Panasonic set and the same problem. I replaced these 2 sets with AT%26T. Sorry Panasonic. I really liked Panasonic.

The batteries do not last very long at all, if you are using your phone frequently thru out the day. The volume on my end is very low (and yes, i have it on the highest it will go), yet the people i'm talking to say on their end it is extremely loud. The redial, doesn't keep the numbers very long and they disappear. Overall, I wouldn't recommend, and I will be replacing with different phones soon, even though, we just bought these less than a month ago!
