Very flavorful without the initial punch of flavor that is so often to much for the taste buds. Great on all meats and veggies and most fish.

i like the flavor of the dry rub especially if you generously apply the night before you smoke your meat . I do add minced fresh garlic after I sear the meat and start the smoking.
