Patak's Mild Mango Curry Simmer Sauce, 15 Ounce Bottle

I like this product. I have used this with chicken and shrimp and both have been great. The flavor and texture were wonderful. It even great just over veggies.

my family loves this sauce for a quick, easy meal. it isnt so spicy my kids won't eat it, but versatile enough to add more spice if you want, meat, veggies, tofu, rice, etc. it is so yummy, we've been finding ways to incorporate it in our other foods!

Took years for them to let us buy the Mango version but they finally did and I love it! Very flavorful and not at all spicy, which meant it was very versatile for not only a wide variety of Indian dishes, but also other styles, too, and I had fun with it during multiple meals. I prefer not-at-all-spicy so I can customize how much and what kind I want, rather than having it forced upon me. I can't wait to try my new custom recipe again! Nice way to break out of the dinner rut and be excited about food for a change.

I like the ease of a quick and very flavorful curry sauce. I enjoyed the hint of mango. The level of spice was just right for; a hint of spicy combined with the sweetness from the mangos. I also appreciated the texture of this curry. My homemade curry is often kind of gritty feeling. even some commercial brands have a bit of grttiness to them. The curry was much smoother.

This was a delicious sauce! I would recommend this for those that like curry on the mild side - the sweetness of the mango is very evident, and makes for a balanced and yummy flavor that I could serve to anyone in my household. Be aware that you will use the whole jar with a single recipe. Even though the cap screws back on the jar, I cannot imagine using less than the complete portion and having the flavor of the sauce permeate the protein. I'm looking forward to trying it with other flavors, like substituting tofu and even chickpeas for chicken. I think it will make a great combination.

The East Indian seasoning of this curry are brightened by the sweetness of the mango. I was surprised to find this available at such a reasonable price. Because I like heat, I added some chili oil, then served the curry over jasmine rice and garnished generously with fresh cilantro. I will be ordering more.

The flavor is good, it's not spicy, pair it with some garlic nann bread & this is a great dinner. It was simple, I diced some chicken breast cooked it for a couple minutes, added the jar of butter chicken sauce and simmered for 10-15mins until the chicken was done cooking. I also paired this with jasmine rice.

The spice was great the thickness of the sauce and the texture was spot on and low acidity. I have to be careful with butter chicken sauces due to my lactose sensitivity but so far so good with this one! Will definitely purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay to start this was very good. Though you need need to add a bit more salt depending on you liking. It doesn't have an aftertaste. And it's very good for lazy dinners. I highly recommend for you to try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This butter chicken simmer sauce is everything and more!! It is very tasty, flavorful, easy to prepare (less than 20 minutes), and cheap! I personally used the sauce by topping off some hard boiled eggs, rice, and rice cakes with the sauce. Let me just say… it was delicious 😋. I will most definitely be repurchasing and trying the other simmer sauces that the brand offers!
