Works well considering price, easy and convenient for use especially in room temperature and for cold water needs. I expected hot water to be a little bit hotter, understandable for safety issues. Also is louder than I expected while running. When it is empty, audible noise is hard to miss, simply replace water jug and unplug %26 re plug in to silence and restore use.

well at first I was a little skeptical about it but then I read the manual, and I actually like it ,I just wish it had Direct instructions simple ones, like once you open it the package it contains a 5 gallon water inside, the door where the water should be located .. you will see a top that's connected to the tube and a metal piece it's not straight ,stick it into the container once you take the top off it doesn't make a quick sound it just sits on top ,and the rubber band looking type of display should be over the plastic once all that's assembled ,push the water back into the door close it, plug it up push the yellow switch located in the back ,then 5 or 10 minutes put the cold switch on that's also located in the back green color, 5 or 20 minutes ,then put the hot switch on which is red also located in the back ,about 5 to 10 minutes ,doesn't take that long to heat once indicator lights comes on and goes off, which is located in the Middle where it says for the normal water ,it should State when no lights are on that means the water is working properly ,you're hot and cold when the lights are on that means your compressors are kicking in ,to either the cold the hot or the pump itself ,you cannot have the hot and cold switch on unless you pump the water with the yellow switch first ,other than that overall I love it . also don't know what the brand of it is because it don't have a brand, when the compressor kicks on it's kind of loud, but I love that about it , cause I know it's working.. also lastly ,it doesn't state that you can have all three on ,if you wanted to save electricity then cut them off ,but if that's not a problem then you can have them on ,just know when you get ready to pump either or make sure ,it has water in it. if you check Below in the door and it still has water in the bottle ,then press your indicator button which is the yellow one which is the switch press it on ,Let It pump the water, it's going to do that as the light shows it's pumping water ,then when it goes off you are ready to turn either the cold switch on or the hot switch I hope that will help somebody.. one 5 gallon bottle with fit perfectly..

A nice water dispenser for the price!

Anonymous December 22, 2025

This is my first water dispenser. Did not want one I had to lift the 5 gallon bottle and turn it upside down. So that problem is solved with this unit. Things I did not think about. The drip shelf is not very wide. So I do not trust putting a large mug on it without holding it. Also, the drip shelf will not hold a water bottle of almost any size. So you have to position the bottle under a nozzle and hold it at an angle to avoid spilling any water. Works fine with plastic cups or a medium water glass. I like that it has a way to turn off the hot water altogether as we seldom use this feature. Can do the same with cold water to save some electricity. Both Hot and Cold are separately switched. Nice feature. Also wish it was a little higher. You have to bend and lean over a bit to get a water bottle under a nozzle. An annoyance. But overall, it has lots of features for the price and I have had no problems so far whatsoever.

Not up to my expectations

Gypsy April 28, 2026

There is a very unpleasant metallic after taste that is ruining my enjoyment of water. I already use reverse osmosis water- which I'm a huge fan and promoter of- so I'm wondering if this is like a “double negative” effect, with this unit having RO filtration? Possibly. It does NOT get cold enough for me. The hot water feature is very convenient. The plastic hood cap for the water bottle (standard American 5 gal water bottle used by many distributors) does NOT stay secure: in fact it has always come off my bottle and I needed to secure it. I'll continue to use my practice of keeping my water in a glass container in my fridge, and using this unit for other convenience.

Plastic Taste

Andrea February 16, 2026

I have had this for a few weeks and it has a nasty plastic taste, I thought it was the water we bought but no we refilled from different areas and it still taste the same ! It's definitely the dispenser. I don't know how contact the manufacturer to replace it or fix this issue.

Bad Dispenser

Sophea January 11, 2026

It leaks from the back. Water was all over my kitchen. It might have just been my specific spout but that makes it low quality.

Mold

dorinda April 7, 2026

Originally I was indifferent. The temps were really unstable. Sometimes the cold was tepid, the hot was not. Maybe because I really like my previous cooler that lasted for years. Last week, my water smelled moldy. Taste moldy. I guess it's possible? My other one never did this. I could run a vinegar and clean it but that is a whole mess. I just looked at the purchase date. And of December 2025. I've had it not even 4 months. Which tells me, it's crap. No way after less than 4 months it should smell and taste so badly. Get what you pay for and these things aren't cheap. Would not recommend.
