I love the simple features. The hot water isn't scalding but it is hot. There is a tray that catches water if you start the water before you place it under the stream or remove the cup before it stops or overflows. I keep forgetting to check it, lol! I have about 8 teens that live with me and they love this product too! It saves me space in the refrigerator and the trash we had from bottled water! I also love the fact it loads on the bottle and has a nice slant that helps the refilled jug glide in the bottom!
It's water machine! the cold water is cold but could be colder. the tap water is great, haven't tried the hot water but don't use much so all in all I think this is a great machine for the price. easy to load. but suggest you clean tubing before use and just run so tap water through the machine to clean out before use! but I love mine less water bottles, equals less plastic waste.
Love this water cooler! I love that the 5 gallon bottle is hidden in the compartment below. Although at first I didn’t realize I had ti flip the button on for cold water . The only thing I didn’t like is that the cap is loose. Other than that it’s a great investment for our home.
It looks very nice as it conceals the bottle. Love the bottom loading ease. The hot and cold dispensing work well. However, ever since I hooked it up, the water tastes plasticky, bad. I'm giving some time to see if it wears out. It's a really bad, chemical taste.
Only drawbacks are The “Cold” setting never does get cold and once the water jug is empty an annoying blue light blinks continuously until refilled/replaced. Otherwise it's very easy to load and hook up, it looks really nice, especially how it hides the actual big water jug. Overall I would recommend it.
The dispenser works as expected for all three temperatures. The size is fine. However, it is very noisy. It makes a vibrating sound that is very annoying. We assume the compressor is running when the vibrating begins. There does not seem to be any way to quiet the noise, which is too bad. It detracts from the good features.
It was a great price looks appealing all the features work, but that's where things stop. It says energy efficient. I don't know what standard they're measuring it by but it is a power drain it's noisy and the water taste like there may be some sort of lubricant in it. I'm really not a fan of this product looks are deceiving. I would've returned it if I had the time.
I don’t write bad reviews, but I had to for this one because there was a safety issue. First when I bought the item I ended up getting a defective one. There was no cold water coming out, it was already warm or hot. After reached out to chat service they did give me a new one. It lasted me maybe around 2 months until one day it had a SHORT CIRCUIT and some wires burnt out, luckily I was home and seen when this happened so I disconnected right away to make sure nothing else happened. This could’ve been bad if no one was home. After reaching out to the seller, they told me I still had warranty and would get a refund back, then later on they changed their mind and said I didn’t qualify for a refund. In my opinion just spend the extra $50 dollars more and get you a good quality dispenser.
BEWARE!!!! I think this seller is FRAUDULENT. The item didn't work at all. Walmart contacted the seller to contact us for a refund. When he did, he collected ALL SORTS of my husband's private information (driver's license number, etc.,) and then asked my husband to open a Western Union account for the refund! Then, he had him open a PayPal account, and to transfer $200 to the SELLER. For some crazy reason, my husband did it! When my husband told me I immediately took action to protect ourselves, but BEWARE! Nobody should have to open a Western Union or PayPal account just to get a REFUND. Walmart emailed me (without knowing the situation) and offered to refund the item. I made them aware of this seller at that time.
The water has a funny taste. I tried purging the line after a five gallon purge the taste didn't go away. The condenser runs very loud and very often and it's very unpleasant. I missed my return date so now i will unplug and store it away for the next garage sale. Will not recommend this item at all
