Peach Drift® Groundcover Rose - Live Plant ( 1 QT )

Very happy with my order… the plant is a good small size and it looks really healthy.. and very pleased!

I got my plant at the beginning of February so it came pretty dormant. I planted it into the ground and water in the morning and I'm already seeing leave bubs coming on it has came out of the dormant state. Waiting to see it actually bloom.

We started an area in the garden that includes some ground cover roses. The area is doing well so we decided to expand it a little. I searched for more ground cover roses and was coming up with nothing. Some growers would not ship till March and others were already sold out. Then I tried Walmart. I could get the plants I wanted and get them NOW. The shipment came quickly and was very healthy. We already got them planted and they are doing well. The bed is going to be gorgeous.

Only gave 3 stars at this early stage. Hopefully, they all thrive to a 5 star raiting. Delivered on February 3, 2025, and the photo is exactly one week later. Packing was excellent, with all five roses packed in one box. The use of white mesh bags instead of pots is perfect for containing soil during shipment. Roses arrived in the dormant stage, but I could already see a few buds on 3 out of 5 roses. Currently, they are being stored in the darkest, coolest room until planting. I sure hope they are indead peach color because the picture tags show pink.

There's no leaves on the plant. No photosynthesis. Where is it going to get its energy from?

They were smaller than expected, more like pint size, I actually set them inside a quart container to compare. They have no leaves. Although the merchant said it was because of winter delivery, I ordered apricot drifts from Perfect Plants two weeks previous to this order and they arrived with leaves, buds and blooms and they have been healthy through a couple of frosts and yesterday's snow and sleet. I wish I had waited until Perfect Plants had more peach drifts in stock.

These were not rose bushes but just about 6-8” tall. They were dead when I received them but they were delayed in one leg of shipping. I had to return them. They look beautiful on the site but not what I received. I always have great success with all plants from Walmart. This is the first time I have ordered from this company which is a third party seller.
