Can't go wrong with Penn
Indestructible high performance reel. Walmart price cheaper than anywhere else by a large margin. Battle reels are very affordable yet high end. Perform wonderfully .

very happy with this reel,
very well built, very durable and strong, good drag, very smooth retrieve, completely happy with this reel, have actually bought 4 more since buying this one, but the battle III and the Fierce IV and a pursuit IV,. and a Wrath II ... AM VERY HAPPY WITH ALL OF THEM, HAVE CAUGHT MANY FISH WITH THEM ALL ALREADY AND I REEL THEM IN WITH EASE...

The reel was extremely stiff for this price point. it should be silky smooth and responsive, it is definitely not.
