I thought Amazon had their market sowed up. Not so, The prices are great using Walmart. The shipping of my orders must have Amazon on their toes! Most of my orders arrive at my my house the next day. Thank you for giving us a better service and a better price in most cases.

Easy and grew and actually lasted

I believe Pennington grass seed is a good quality grass seed, I ordered this thru the Walmart app because I wanted it quickly. And the price was right.

This product was easy to use, great value. We did add some fertilizer to help with the growth because some of the areas where we applied it did not have top soil, but rather red clay dirt. It has been almost two weeks and we are beginning to see sprouting!

nothing grew. I thought maybe I just didn't water it enough so 3 weeks later I did another whole batch and still got no growth at all

Fillwed instructions waiting until low night temps were in mid 70's. watered twice a day morning evening with day time highs mud 80's. Even used starter fertilizer after 2 weeks per instructions. Not a blade of seed planted sprouted. What gives?

Very disappointed and mad that I wasted 30 days waiting on grass to germinate. I prepared the soil and planted as directed and thought the timing was perfect since it rained almost everyday for the first two weeks then several more times in the next two weeks. Temps ranged from 65-85 during the period. Check out the photos for results. I will add the weed seed mixed in with the grass germinated perfectly.

I purchased these seeds and another brand (Gulf Kist) to plant in trays to make plugs for replanting! I have already plugged the other brand which was seeded in trays a month later than the Pennington while the Pennington is still not ready to plug. Not sure if I got bad seed or what!
