Grass was mixed with a couple other grass seed mixes per University of Maine gardening site. The grass has come in beautifully! Gorgeous color! Nice and lush green!

I used some a couple of weeks ago. I combined it with PatchMaster fescue. I am very happy with the results. The key is to not overwater. You should always use less water than you think.

I used this seed to fill in an area of my lawn that was bare from where I had a 4-foot-deep above-ground pool. This grass seed sprouted within a couple of weeks and right now it's almost ready to mow at 3 -4 inches tall. Looks great!

This seed has been great -It actually grows Kentucky Bluegrass. We have tried other seed mixes and get weeds and crabgrass coming up.

The picture with the dog is the before. I'm pleased with this grass seed. I am no pro but I tried my best to prep the area before laying the seed. This yard had been flooded for a long time prior to my attempt to grow the grass back. Seed mix does have a bright green coating.

I haven t seen it grow yet so I have to wait to rate this item. I have bought this item several times before, sometimes it grows well and sometimes it doesn't. Its grass and everything must be in order to get good results, mother nature doesn't always help out.

I planted the complete bag of your product and in front and rear of my home. All areas were thoroughly de thatched and prepared with top soil for seedlings, fertilizer etc. After spending hours following instructions, all I got are areas of bare spots and seeds that never germinated. I'd like a complete refund of this product. Thank you

SORRY but this item did not grow. I planted it the day after delivery. We have had good rains and warm enough weather and I cannot find one blade of grass from this item. The rest of my lawn is doing fine...I have mowed twice.

After a lot of prep work and watering,got nothing but clover weed. Not a blade of grass...
