Hummingbirds love this . I've researched this product and found that it is good to use for hummingbirds. It wasn't long before I saw one , then two , later several more visiting the feeder .

After years of making my own nectar. I purchased Pennington premix last year for my hummingbirds. It does last much longer than the homemade version. Which works great early in the year when you are waiting for their arrival.

I really like that this is ready to use and doesn't have any red dye in it. I'm new to feeding hummingbirds, so I expecting to wait a bit like when I first put out bird seed but from the very first day of putting this out I've had at least one bird every day visiting it.

Normally this is an excellent product. I don't know what is happening with this nectar this year but since June it has been milky colored and not clear. at first I thought the delivery driver left it in his car too long, but it has been that way ever since. Walmart needs to replace this with new stock

Both bottles were very cloudy.. not clear..googled it and said not to give it to your birds if it was not clear

The orioles that we have would not use it even the humming birds would not use it we finally poured it out and went back to our own mixture and they finally began to return,so in that we tried it and it took awhile for us to see for sure they just would not use it I just would not tell someone else to use it
