This ant blocker is the best thing ever to keep ants out of your hummingbird feeder. This is the second one I've had and it replaced one that lasted 4 or 5 years and still kept ants away. Unfortunately one of the hooks on the last one broke off during winter storage and I needed to replace it. If you need something to keep ants out of your hummingbird feeder, you won't regret purchasing this one!

After trying multiple products and suggestions to keep ants out of the hummingbird feeder we purchased this. We hung it up with a long extension to the food and watched carefully for a couple of days. Absolutely no ants and the humming birds fed!! Highly recommended.

I was a little skeptical about this ant trap for hummingbird feeders but after my daughter bought one %26 she told me how good it works I decided to give it a try. I now wish I'd bought them years ago. They keep all the ants away from my feeder! It works great! It's only good for one season, so you have to purchase one every year, but so worth it!!! The hummingbirs were fighting over my feeder!! Excellent invention! Wish I thought of it!!

The ants stopped getting into the nectar immediately! It's easy to use. It's supposed to last all season. It doesn't cost much at all. I'm uncertain if any of the chemicals were taken into the nectar. I love not having any ants in my hummingbird feeders !

I've tried everything to deter ants from getting into my hummingbird feeder - vasaline, cinnamon, vinegar - nothing worked. This product actually works!! I'm on my 2nd one. Yay!!

Best thing to keep ants away from your hummingbird feeders before I got these they would be full of ants now I don't have that problem. I'm so happy I found these.

Ants are always a problem no matter where your Hummingbird feeder is hanging. This is my second year using the Perky-Pet Ant Guard and it's made taking care of my sweet hummingbirds so much easier.

Good design keeps ants out of the feeder just fine. The inner insecticide disc needs a booster spray once a year to stay effective . I use a bit of Spectracide every spring. Not for feeders over about 2 pounds, the inner plastic joint will break on a windy day. Overall very good.

This is a really good device for keeping ants out of your hummingbird feeder. The reason I gave it a four star instead of five is because it is red and the red color confuses the hummingbirds from where the nectar is in some cases. It does do a great job of keeping the ants out, though I recommend this for your hummingbird feeder.

I've used these AntGuards for many years and they do exactly as advertised. They are supposed to last for a whole season but in my experience, they last much longer. They still seem to be very effective after three, maybe four years. I am currently using two new and one old guard and all are keeping ants out of my feeders. Walmart has among the best prices on them.
