The oil works just like it should
Used on a Yamaha 9.9hp and it works fine. I find it better to do more frequent changes with cheaper oil like this than longer periods with a more premium oil.

Outboard oil.
Available everywhere, meets all outboard motor standards, as far as I know. I do not always, but rather chance oil twice a year than buy new motor. Never had to replace a motor.
