Just got this delivered today and I'm to report that it is awesome and well worth the money. I pulled this out of the box, put it together in less then 10 seconds, and tried it out. Did a set of 10 and could already feel the burn! It also seems very sturdy and stable. The only small downside is that dirt/pet hair/lint/whatever from the surface you're rolling this on seems to stick to this thing pretty easily, but it's easy to clean off so this isn't a big deal for me. Overall, I love it so far, and I can't wait to further incorporate this into my at-home ab workouts in the near future. Also, Walmart was very quick with shipping and delivery. I bought this product for abs. It has anti-slip function so I don't think I'll get a facial injury. I've been using it for 2weeks and I feel like my abs are always stiff. Beginners don't want to be greedy from the beginning. If you suddenly do a lot of exercise, there is huge pain when using this exercise device the next day. If you do it every day like running, you expect a significant effect.

I like it a lot. Only thing is im super out of shape so its pretty hard for me so not for a beginner. Im working up to be able to use it but good product sturdy and i use the knee pads for other work outs to.

Still in the early stages of usage, but it does target your lower abs. Easy to put together. When you use it for the first time it may not seem like it works. One or two days later when you use it again, you will definitely feel the soreness in your abs.
