Just got this delivered today and I'm to report that it is awesome and well worth the money. I pulled this out of the box, put it together in less then 10 seconds, and tried it out. Did a set of 10 and could already feel the burn! It also seems very sturdy and stable. The only small downside is that dirt/pet hair/lint/whatever from the surface you're rolling this on seems to stick to this thing pretty easily, but it's easy to clean off so this isn't a big deal for me. Overall, I love it so far, and I can't wait to further incorporate this into my at-home ab workouts in the near future. Also, Walmart was very quick with shipping and delivery. Was delivered to me only 2 days after placing my order online. I'm very satisfied with this purchase and I highly recommend this product if you're thinking of getting it!

I bought this product for abs. It has anti-slip function so I don't think I'll get a facial injury. I've been using it for 2weeks and I feel like my abs are always stiff. Beginners don't want to be greedy from the beginning. If you suddenly do a lot of exercise, there is huge pain when using this exercise device the next day. If you do it every day like running, you expect a significant effect.

I like it a lot. Only thing is im super out of shape so its pretty hard for me so not for a beginner. Im working up to be able to use it but good product sturdy and i use the knee pads for other work outs to.

GREAT! Strong build-EASY to use! Much more support then others and the paddle handle design is better I feel then the exercise wheels that have metal bar type handles. These are cozy and you get a good grip. Easy roll forward/back motion. I simply LOVE mine. Price was SUPER and the wide -roller style is so much better then the smaller thin style wheel. It is twice as wide as regular exercise wheels that I have seen.

From my initial workout with the Ab Carver till now I've noticed the concentration on my abdominal muscles much more significantly than plain old sit ups, lying leg lifts or any other form of stomach exercise.
