Permatex 81158, Silicone, Black General Purpose Industrial Sealant, 3 oz

Fabulous deal for the money, especially given the fact that Permatex products are considered top-of-the-line by every mechanic %26 repairman I know. It seals everything it claims to be able to seal %26 solved a problem of rain leakage into the trunk of my car that has existed for more then twenty years, while other products failed to do the job. Kudos to Permatex %26 to this supplier for making it affordable, unlike other sources of the same sealer.

This is the best waterproof sealant that I have ever used. Bought it to put around screws in the hull of my aluminum fishing boat. Clean the area really well with rubbing alcohol or acetone then apply this stuff and your water woes are over! Great brand, been around forever, just get some!

Love this stuff. I have used it before to seal cracks, minor scuffs in my tonneau cover. Dries well and remains flexible.

My experience is good with this sealer. Easy to use. Goes on smooth. Sealed the drip rail on my older vehicle. No problem .works. easy

worked perfect to glue the weatherstripping back on the door jams on my old car that were starting to fall off .

Needs careful handling. Tends to run. Flexible, permanent.

Maintaining a ranch full of equipment, this had become my go-to sealer and gasket maker. Us gloves, as difficult to scrub off skin. Ample setup time and thicknes for makiign the most difficult gaksets even for small equipment carburetors.
