My dog is older and isn't running in the yard as much during the summer. I had been using the more expensive Sargento but tried this for a change. So far, so good!
Seems to work well. Does leave a residue on my dogs fur and needs replacement after a couple of months. Doesn't last as long as advertised
My little yoirkie had a bad reaction to this collar she started scratching her neck really bad by the next day her neck was so red, I took it off now she still revovering from that, I threw away the box and everything so I couldn't return it, awasted my money and put my little yorkie had to suffered, do not buy this if your pet is sensitive. (picture is of today now has a brown scab and still red)
Seems to do the job better than others
Very easy to put together
This product seems to work! But you have to have it tight around his neck, not overly tight but tight . Definitely worth the 20 bucks.
The flea and tick collar doesn't defer fleas or ticks. I had to remove 3 ticks off of my Boxer/Pit mix dog.All the ticks WERE close to the collar. !!!
It was very difficult to put on. I had to get someone to help me. After I got it on , shortly I had to remove and when I went to put it back on I couldnt .I am sure it was effective but just too much trouble getting it on and off
i have used a more expensive flea prevention collar for last 4 years aand never had a flea , decided to try this one and all of a sudden my dog has ffleas ! changed back to previous more expensive collar and within 2 weeks ALL fleas gone then had to do the house again and yard this collar cost me more in the long run with the extra things to buy and work to do
can't say enough good about these. they are the only flea collars I have ever seen work. it takes about a week but it's the cheapest option. two collars for $34 will last you a year so it's about $2.75 a month to keep your dog flea free. don't feed them that poison. it works but God knows what it's doing inside.
