Love it! Should of made this purchase years ago! Went from scooping 4-5 times a day to not having to touch it. Also, it only smells while they are pooping and when it opens to dump.. totally worth every penny!

Most convenient litter box I've had. Did take me a while to get used to it, and one of my cats was a little hesitant at first, but we're both getting a long with the changes now, and I appreciate how much easier it is for me. I can't really speak for the cats except they are using it.

Had the Smartspin for a couple of weeks now, and it works great. We also own the most popular brand, and this unit seems just as good to me. I did a deep clean on it today and it only took about 10 minutes or so. The app works well and messages me when the litter bin is full. Hard to find anything wrong with it so far.

I didn't realize it had to be connected to the internet. then it wasn't that easy for me to assemble. had to get help. now my cats are afraid of it. giving it a while and hope they will use it.

This is a great smart litter box. It works smoothly and quietly. However, there are a few things that I've learned that I think could be adjusted in future models. 1. I think that the size of litter space within the box should be wider. Tall/lengthy cats end up peeing on the back/side walls of the box due to not having quite enough space. 2. The app malfunctions when the litter is full and isn't immediately dumped. I received 30+ notifications overnight when the bin filled at night. Maybe a warning notification prior to it being completely full could help this.

I like that the litter pan cleans itself, however, my cart is still able to kick litter out of it and I am vacuuming on a daily basis I was hoping that but design this wouldn't happen but it is.

This is my first experience with a self-cleaning litter box, and I have really enjoyed it. The box itself works great! The part that is making me crazy and why I only gave it 3 stars is because we cannot get the app to work. We've spent a great deal of time and research on it, and it seems like our whole house would need to be on a different WiFi speed for it to work. So that's been really frustrating.

$400 nightmare. Assembly wasn't really difficult but the manual doesn't explain or show where the “floor pad” goes. Does it sit inside of the device on the bottom”floor” or is it placed directly below on the floor under the litter box? I would prefer NOT needing an app for a litter pan but controls on the actual device to perform the functions.

Okay I paid $435 for this! It took me an hour to assemble and then I assemble it and it keeps on going off track not to mention the fact that I had to put cat litter in it and the cat litter went all over my entire apartment! Now in order to return it I'm going to have to disassemble it?! $430!

This litter box worked well for about a week, although it is too small for a normal adult cat. Since the first week, I've had nothing but issues with it. It gets stuck in the dump position, shows the drawer needs to ne changed, even if I just changed it, gets stuck mid cycle and does this every day. I ha e to unplug it, wait 10 seconds, then manually spin it. It is also constantly sending an error code to my phone (pictured). When I get that code, I have to take it apart and put it back together again before it will work. I bought this less than 3 month ago. I do not recommend. Completely waste of time and money. I'd like to return it for a full refund.
