It works!!
These easy to swallow capsules are now a part of my daily life. My hormones were all over the place until I found these little gems. I wasn't one to have the hot flashes. So, periodic sweating wasn't an issue. The little warm flushes I had, reduced to almost non existent. But, intimacy was a big problem...it hurt. Not anymore. I've been taking this supplement for a couple of months now. Life has gotten a little easier. I won't be without them.

They work!!
It works!! I've been suffering with absolutely awful night sweats. I'd wake up and my sheets were soaked. I didn't expect these to even start working for months. I'm on day 4 and the past two nights I had zero night sweats. I take one about two hours before bed. Can't believe how well it's working and so fast.

I've been using this for a couple weeks now and it didn't take long for the hot flashes and night sweats to subside. My symptoms were mild, but enough to make sleep difficult. I sleep so much better now!

Men-O-No
It is a Men-O-No for me. I did not notice any changes in mood, physiology, energy, or anything associated with menopause. That could be due to poor absorption- not sure. I purchased this product because of the reviews, however, everything is not for everyone. Nevertheless, they are easy to swallow and don't leave a gross burping taste or smell- so there is that.

Side effects to fillers.
I wanted to love this, but one of the ingredients gave me so much rage it was scary. It took a few days of being off it to shake the rage side effects.
