Dr.Oz spoke of this for relieving hot flashes. I did research found it also helps with excessive sweating too. The standard dose is 3caps a day & takes about a month to achieve significant improvement. It is water soluble & must be taken daily & does not build up in the system. Once you stop taking it the issue will return. I started out at 6caps a day for 2 mo as my hot flashes were pretty extreme due to chemo. But once they were under control I lowered it to 3 a day 2 in the morning & 1 before bed. I have had no further issue.

I use sage as an alternative to HRT. The sage capsule works very effectively for hot flashes. I have sung the praises of sage for a while now to my other lady friends and to my adult daughters. I have nothing negative to say about the sage product I bought.

This product has been the only thing I can take that helps with my hot flashes. I love it! I use 2cps in the morning & 1 before bed every day & noticed improvement within the 1st month. It even worked on my son who has excessively sweaty feet & hands.

This product is gerat for hot flashes & excessive sweating. I started out with 2caps in the morning & 2 before bed the 1st month than droped to 2 in the morning & 1 before bed. Noticed a difference in 1 month & have been symptom free since & thats been over 2yrs. I tkae this daily to stay symptom free. And for the price I think it is an EXCELLENT value. I tried other sage products to no avail. Note: I keep mine in the frig as i am not a fan of sage & it seems to keep it from tasting

I had an immediate relative, plus web info, claim Sage is a supplement that inhibits excessive sweating. This seems to be a genetic trait to us and can even be embarrassing. That relative claimed it was working for her. As I am on many prescriptions and supplements, my doctor gave me the ok to try it. I found it did not work for that purpose for me. This supplement may very well work for others, but did not work for my purpose.
