I could tell after the very first use! But my Dr had told me one of my meds I was on blocked the production of oxytocin. I didn't know if it would actually work or not? But, after ONE spray in each nostril - wow! I was so happy! I felt great! It's like I had been woken up from a nightmare or something. It's hard to explain. But it def does work for me! the nasal instrument does not spray a mist, rather it squirts a solid stream! Very Unpleasant! And does the stuff work? I will know more after taking a daily dose for three or four weeks.

Not working for me and also was shipped with no cooling products despite it saying it should be kept refrigerated tells me that could be a major issue. Very unhappy, especially since it was not cheap at all.

I felt no difference while taking this product. I also used it to support nursing and it did nothing for me.

was hoping for warm and fuzzy feeling with my girlfriend.. but got nothing.. barely perceptible relaxation but it could be a placebo effect

i didn't feel any difference after using the bottle. i was hoping it would help with fatigue, depression, or something. felt nothing except it was a waste of money and burned my sinuses.
