Effective for me
I used these once every three days to test, alternating. I'd say that both are effective in normalizing your digestion. I had issues for several months before investing in this set. It takes a while to kick in but I will use these periodically to maintain gut health. I store them in the fridge. I have tried many brands over the last 20 years that did not work, these seem to have real live cultures and enzymes of the correct type. I get almost as much relief from kefir with multiple live cultures but that costs more in the long run and has way more calories, takes up more room in the fridge and creates more plastic waste that needs to be recycled. Please recycle your empty bottles.

This combo is so worth it and would buy again. After only a week of using this my bloating has gone down so much and my system feels great. Definitely works great for those who has digestive issues and would recommend to everyone to try!
