Easy. To swallow and a vegetarian based capsule. Most importantly unlike many probiotics this includes prebiotics and makes it past all the acid so it actually reaches your gut giving you all the nutrients, fiber, and immune support your body needs. My doctor could tell a big difference during my last Exam and lab work. Will continue to take daily.

While not the max effective of their brand,this one is decent for simply keeping the gut regular and providing some fairly good protection from bloating. Studies are starting to confirm that certain helpful bacterium via a quality probiotic (that can survives the stomach acid-as some will not) are promising add-on supplements for a number of common issues- like various allergic conditions,recurrent uti's,and most interesting,helpful with mild depression and anxiety( following the mind-gut axis theory)- Besides solely digestive benefits,I personally have experienced improvement in my allergic asthma( NOT a replacement for maintenance meds),I seem to recover quicker from viruses,and I have family members who report it helping with similar issues. For the most impact,this brand makes ones with a larger variety of strains and higher numbers-that is the one I use during allergy season,but this one is sufficient for the rest of the year..

I found this just okay. If you can get prebiotics and probiotics from food, you'd be better off. But if you have a busy lifestyle, don't cook a lot, etc. then this item is for you.

I am glad I was able to get my item fast, tho technically a day late, I thought it didn't happen but looked around and found it , so I am happy. Couldn't find this in store but this was way easier than going to every store in the area, thank you

The smell of these capsules was so pungent and disgusting, like rancid oils and vomit, that I had to throw them out.
