I love the product itself, but they need to rethink their packaging. The glass bottle was not completely full and it ran out very quickly. plus whatever product was at the bottom of the jar had to be thrown away because I could not get it to come out, the dropper would not get what was at the bottom of the bottle. if they would put it in a container that you can open and actually get the product out, it would be a much better idea, the glass bottle just is not an option for this product.

I just bought the product, and I'm still trying it out. I need a product that will keep my face hydrated and not dry. This has been a good product so far.

Came tampered with and when I tried to return Walmart wouldn't take it back. Walmart associate said a return was already started a shipping label. If that's the case why didn't I send it back already

half empty %26 expired
This is unacceptable. The bottles are all half empty (I know this because when I buy it from CVS, they are full), and the COLOR?? WHY IS IT YELLOW? Every other bottle I've gotten from CVS has been pure white. This is disgraceful and this seller should be banned from future sales for selling such a horrible presentation of a great product. Was trying to save $$ by ordering on here vs CVS, but now I see you get what you pay for.

Discolored
The bottle is not full this is less than 1fl oz also it's discolored it's not clear as described it looks as though it's been used. I'm highly disappointed and I don't even know if this product is safe to use due to the discoloration

Serum sent already used half bottle
Do not buy from this seller Ship Quic at all! Bad business; unprofessional seller. Seller sent serum half the bottle already used already opened damaged. Very disappointed! This was a gift had I not opened the package prior to gift wrapping. Very embarrassing! Highly unacceptable! Please do not waste your time! Do not buy from this seller Ship Quic at all!
