Pillsbury Homestyle Biscuit Mix, 7 oz Bag

Bisquick has been around sense I was a kid, a long long time. The product was fine the seller was not, it was weeks for delivery, I had even contacted Walmart and canceled the sale, then it arrived. Weeks later. Go to the store, or just about any grocery store, less headache.

These were super quick and easy to make which was what I wanted, but the taste and texture were what I liked. My kids liked them okay. I'm giving 4 stars because I think I can improve them with less time in the oven and some butter.

Followed instructions, exactly. There was the amount of Biscuits stated on the packaging. But they were small and tasteless. I gave it 3 stars, but 1 star would be more accurate.

Overpriced, but I take the blame, I should have checked on the size before buying it... Won't make that mistake again., ever!

"Makes 12 - 14 biscuits". Gross misstatement. Makes 4 - 5. My 4 biscuits were tasty enough (not especially) but they were somewhat flat, spreading as if the 1/2 cup of milk was too much liquid for the small amount of mix.

I will admit that this biscuit mix makes a tasty biscuit, but they're miniature biscuits if made according to directions. I tried these out of curiosity because I never use canned biscuits. I either make them homemade or I buy the Pillsbury Grand frozen biscuits which are awesome! I will not be buying this mix again because of what I have stated.

Super bland. Don't believe anyone who says they are good.

Disappointing. These have NO TASTE.
