Pit Boss Combo Grill, Charleston 1020 Square inch Pellet Grill and Gas Griddle, Onyx Series

I spent a lot of time researching smoker grill combinations. I really like this Pit Boss because it has the smoker that allows you to open up a flame space and charbroil you steak or wings if you would like. This is also the only smoker/grill that also has a flattop for cooking. Very well built and very easy to use. I really like this grill

If your not good at putting stuff this is not for you. It’s an all day thing and two people doing this. But well worth it. Finally finished. the second day we was burning it off and finally cooking. Great taste. Cook well . Griddle works exceptional. Does need adjusting so drains correctly. But great product.

The putting everything together was a little tedious, but the end result was awesomeness. Burn off process was easy , it says the griddle comes already seasoned but I did my extra to make sure it would be none stick. Easy to read instructions and operation. And man ooh man that steak was on point with the use of the probes for perfect temp and doneness. Would definitely recommend it to anyone that loves to grill , flame sear, all your needs in one machine. Me and my family Love it

took some time to out together. im experienced with smoking meats and this in didnt disappoint. the griddle being part of this allows me to make multiple things at same time . so far very very pleased. only upgrade that should have been included for the price of this beast was the wifi temperature board. it should have been built in. looking foward to smoke another thanksgiving 🦃

Assembly was easy it does take a while because of the size. Easy to learn how it works. Easy to start. make sure to season the griddle and it will make wonderful bacon. This is a Walmart only grill so you can only buy it at a Walmart. I had to drive 3 hours to get it. I have not been able to find a cover yet. If you can find one it is an awesome set up.

some pieces were not the easiest to put together. you had to undo some screws to make it match up. but one you got legs and those on them you were pretty Golden. haven't used it yet. but super excited tho

We absolutely love the griddle and design of griddle the smoker for us is not like our traeger but it works well. Had it shipped as we live 3 hours away from any store and freight shipping destroyed the box and damaged a minor part but all pieces were there and when I talked to customer service it was simple working with them

The assembly instructions were very hard to figure out. Also, there were a couple of what they say are cosmetic issues that the warranty does not cover. Pictures of the cosmetic pictures provided. These were found when putting the unit together for the first time. Looking down the road their website did now show replacements parts for this model and I was told to get replacement parts if needed is to call customer service and not rely on the website as they may not have all replacement parts on the website. I like to know when purchasing something that if common replacement parts like grates or a broiler pan are needed they are readily available. Hoping that when we start using the Smoker/Griddle it will work great and provide many years of good outdoor cooking but the start was a little rocky.

Item delivered by freight, took a week. Unboxed it and it has multiple dents, chips, scratches and a bent spot. I reported it to CS and didn't get help. Also spoke with a Supervisor.

The grill itself is great, works great and cooks great. However the customer service for pit boss is an absolute joke. Received the grill and they messed up the parts by giving me two of the same leg and a damaged piece so put together what i could without the one leg. Called pitboss and spoke to two different individuals who were no help at all saying I need to return the grill and buy a new one as they can not ship me a new leg, even though i already put the grill together 99%. Absolute joke of a company with horrible customer service, now have waste more time returning this junk. Don't buy from pitboss
