Pit Boss Copperhead 3 Series Vertical Pellet Smoker - PBV3P1

The problem is not with the seller of the product or the product itself. the problem is with shipping. first one I purchased was damaged so bad I could not keep. the second one was damaged as well but usable.

Arrived on time %26 in great shape. Easy to assemble too (I'm not "mechanically' inclined) So far so good. I'm going to fire it up this weekend

So far I love this thing! Done turkey breast, whole chickens, salmon, meatballs, pork loin all at the spectrum of Temps this smoker will do, and everything's been great. We are going to do pizza on a stone next, can't wait! Better than the smoker, the staff at BBQGUYS! My first unit arrived with shipping damage, and at 5 PM on a Saturday, I emailed them. By 6:00 they had contacted me, asked for pictures of the damage and arranged a replacement. ON A SATURDAY EVENING! My new go-to for outdoor cooking needs, already ordered some accessories and a second temp probe, the new order arrived in just days. These people are fantastic to do business with ......

The box was a little beat up when it arrived, sure enough we got everything out of the box and almost put together and realized the front door had a huge dent in it. So we had to pack it all up and haul it back to the store and order another one. Pretty annoying.

My smoker was damaged when I got it

I purchased a Pit Boss smoker, but it arrived damaged. When I contacted Walmart customer service, they directed me to Pit Boss. After speaking with them, I was told to return to Walmart. I took the smoker back, hoping to exchange it for a new one, but now I find myself without either a refund or a working smoker. This situation is incredibly frustrating, especially since it wasn't my fault. Walmart informed me that I need to wait for the return to be processed by Pit Boss before I can receive my refund. It's been a terrible experience, and to make matters worse, I had planned to use the smoker that weekend, which forced me to scramble to borrow one from a friend.

DO NOT BUY ONLINE. This unit came in damaged. Tried to return and since it was from a 3rd party seller neither Walmart or Pitboss wanted to be responsible. After 6 phone calls to Walmart customer service which is very frustrating due to the language barrier I was assured of a solution but got absolutely nothing. Now I'm stuck with a banged up $400 smoker. I wouldn't recommend you buy this because it is not returnable to the store and you can guarantee it will come in damaged.

This came to me damaged. I used it this weekend and it will not stay lite and keeps throwing ERL EH1 and shutting off. I want a refund
